Learning and Development

At Holmes Chapel Community Pre-School we support and watch children grow through a play based approach to learning. Children have the opportunity to engage in a range of activities linking in with interests, topics, events and celebrations from around the world.

Through our play based approach children continuously develop, embed and learn new skills that will follow them through their journey to school and beyond. The children have access to multiple environments to experience these opportunities including indoors and outdoors, with free-flow access to all areas of the Pre-School, and engage in adult led and child initiated play throughout the session.
